SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days shipping will be based on USPS.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product. Please refer to the wrong item policy for further instructions.
WRONG ITEM
At Aprnbeauty Cosmetics, we understand that while accidents do happen, it is our responsibility to rectify the situation swiftly. If you receive an order with a missing item please contacts us taccarad@aprnbeautycosmetics.com.
In the email please include the following
Name order number, and screenshot of order summary.
Also include a photo of the wrong item that was received.
MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
If the carrier deems that your order has been delivered to the address on file but you have not received your package check with you leasing office. If the package is still not found please contact us @ Taccarad@aprnbeautycosmetics.com for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.
